Privacy policy
1. General provisions
This policy explains what personal data the website collects, why and how we use it, and how we protect it. The personal data controller is “Энергомашремонт”, the representative office of Eletex Ltd in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The policy follows Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
2. What data we receive
- data you enter in the request form: name, company name, phone number, email address, request text and attached files;
- data from emails and messages in WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber, if you write to us there;
- technical data that a browser sends to any website: IP address, browser type, address of the opened page. It is kept in server logs and used only to run and protect the server.
3. Why we need this data
- to answer your request, select spare parts and prepare a quote;
- to conclude and perform a supply or service contract;
- to contact you about your order.
We do not use your data for mailings without your separate consent and do not sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data is processed with your consent. You give it by ticking the consent box in the request form or by sending us an email or message yourself.
5. Who receives the data
- staff of the representative office who handle your request;
- the service the form uses to deliver requests (Google), and the email services and messengers used for correspondence — they process data under their own rules;
- government authorities — only in cases expressly provided for by law.
We do not pass your personal data to other companies, including manufacturers and suppliers of parts: manufacturing orders are placed without it.
6. How long data is kept
We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purposes in section 3, or until consent is withdrawn. Documents under concluded contracts are kept for the periods set by law.
7. How we protect data
Only staff who need data for their work have access to it. The website runs over secure HTTPS, and form data is transmitted encrypted.
8. Your rights
At any time you may:
- find out what data of yours we hold and how it is used;
- request that it be corrected, blocked or deleted;
- withdraw your consent to processing, unless the law provides otherwise;
- appeal against our actions to the competent authority or a court.

9. Cookies
The website currently does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. If we add visitor statistics tools, we will update this policy.
